Engineers who answer the phone.
Corelink started in 2012 with two technicians and a promise that small offices deserve the same IT discipline as big ones. That's still the job.
Built for the offices big MSPs overlook.
Maya Chen and Luis Ortega spent a decade inside enterprise IT before they noticed a pattern: dentists, CPAs and small law firms were running on the same systems as large companies, with none of the support.
They started Corelink in a converted warehouse in Franklinton. Today we're 24 people supporting more than 140 offices, and every client still gets a named engineer who knows their setup.

If we got hit by a bus, your next provider would have every password and diagram on day one.
No surprise invoices
If something isn't covered, you hear the price before we start, never after.
